JSC “Cryogenmash” is one of the largest employers in Balashikha, a town of the Moscow Region: average list staff strength of the company in 2019 is about 1,200 persons.

In JSC “Cryogenmash”, the efficient systems of recruiting, social security, motivation, appraisal, personnel training and development are elaborated and successfully function.

The company is active working with young people, i.e. “open days” at the enterprise, excursions for pupils, participation in career fairs. Work with young specialists continues inside the enterprise: successful probation periods and technological traineeship in JSC “Cryogenmash” by students graduating from the specialized technical universities, youth corporate forums, the Young Innovators and Rationalizers Board of JSC “Cryogenmash”, participation in scientific & practical conferences and forums, sharing experience with other companies of the group OJSC OMZ, municipal scientific and youth organizations.

Besides, there is a tutorship system on the company: at present, more than 40 tutors work with young colleagues at the premises as well as in engineering departments passing on inestimable knowledge and experience acquired through long years.
