Training
Cryogenmash carries out training of the client's attending personnel in the rules of operation and servicing of the mounted cryogenic equipment.
Training is accomplished by highly qualified specialists of the company according to a special program.
Generally, the training process consists of two stages:
- The theoretical studies are conducted at JSC "Cryogenmash" in the form of lectures.
- The practical studies are carried out at the client's site during commissioning operations. The volume of practical studies is determined on site, depending on experience and proficiency of the staff being trained.
The specialists who undergo training are: chiefs of shifts, operators of ASPs, technologists, mechanics, specialists on control and measuring instruments.
