Hydrocarbon equipment

"Cryogenmash" manufactures the equipment for storage of liquid carbon dioxide, including the plants for long-term storage and the reservoirs of volumes from 5 to 100 m³.

The delivery set of the plants intended for long-term storage of liquid carbon dioxide include refrigerating units, shut-off valves and regulating valves, monitoring instruments which ensure autonomous operation of the plant, including:

• filling, refilling and drain of liquid carbon dioxide;
• long-term storage without loss of product;
• control of working product mass and pressure during filling, in the course of storage and delivery.

Use of reservoirs and storage systems with various combinations of components provides maximum flexibility when including our equipment in existing process lines.

The technological capabilities of the manufacturing facilities and the acquired operating experience enable to fabricate vertical and horizontal reservoirs with various types of insulation – powder-vacuum insulation, insulation on the basis of foamed rubber, foamed polyurethane.

The design features, the insulation type, the reservoir material (stainless steel or low alloy steel) are specified with due regard for Customer's requirements and find wide application of our equipment in various processes of food-processing industry, petroleum industry, chemical industry, in machine-building industry, in metallurgy, and in many other fields of activity
