Cryogenic Pipelines

Cryogenmash designs and fabricates the cryogenic pipelines ranging from Dnom 10 to Dnom 750 to transport liquid cryogenic products (nitrogen, oxygen, argon, liquefied natural gas) at minimum ambient heat inputs.

The cryogenic pipelines ensure the required working parameters of the storage and gasification system.

The route of a cryogenic pipeline is provided with the following elements, depending on tie-in to territory:

• Cryogenic pipeline sections;
• Compensation elements (compensators, metal hoses);
• Connection elements (couplings, lenses, etc.);
• Adsorption sections;
• Vacuum ports for connection of evacuation and vacuum control devices;
• Supports, membrane protective devices and protective earthing devices.

The cryogenic pipeline sections are interconnected by means of welding.

At present, at the enterprise the pipeline sections for oxygen, nitrogen and argon have been developed and are being manufactured.

The heat input values are at the level of the best foreign analogs.
