Cryogenmash has rich experience and large production capabilities for manufacture of cast shapes, molded shapes, plain and complex castings, and offers to produce and deliver in 2005 and in the subsequent years the following products:
- weighing from 1 kg to 1200 kg of brass;
- weighing from 1 kg to 850 kg of grey iron;
- weighing from 1 kg to 400 kg of tin bronze;
- weighing from 1 kg to 600 kg of tinless bronze;
- weighing from 1 kg to 100 kg of aluminium alloys.
Besides, manufacture of cast blanks, rings, rods for repair needs made of the above metals and weights of diameters from 50 mm to 1200 m.
Casting method: in sand mould or in chill mould.
Dimensional accuracy Class 7÷12 to State Standard GOST 26645, complexity group 1÷5.
The castings are produced from the Customer's materials and with the Customer's rigging; upon agreement, the rigging may be made by Supplier.
