End plates

"Cryogenmash" offers to fabricate the end plates of the tank equipment made of carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel of a torospherical shape, with the following diameters:

• from Ø 600 mm to Ø 1000 mm and of sheet S = 4÷ 8 mm
• from Ø 1000 mm to Ø 1800 mm and of sheet S = 6 ÷12 mm
• from Ø 1800 mm to Ø 3000 mm and of sheet S = 8 ÷20 mm
• from Ø 3000 mm to Ø 3600 mm and of sheet S = 12÷20 mm

Three types of end plates are manufactured:

Type 1 – ratio of height of torospherical portion "h" to end plate inner diameter "D"correspondsto-h<0,2D(R/D>1)
Type 2 – h = 0.2 D (R/ D=1)
Type 3 – h = 0.25D(R/D<1)

The end plates are manufactured on the German forging equipment from "Schleifstein" Company through cold molding (accelerating stamping + flanging).

The end plates are made of Customer's metal and blanks; upon agreement possible is the use of Supplier's metal (a lot of at least 20 pieces). Upon agreement with the Customer, there may be performed heat treatment, chemical treatment and shot-blasting; plasma treatment or machining of the end plate faces.
