Device for cylinders test

The appliance is intended for performing the operations conducted at regular examination of cylinders, each 40 liters in volume.

Throughput capacity of appliance – 6 cylinders per hour.

The appliance is controlled by an operator from the control console.The appliance is furnished with a mechanism for screwing-out and screwing-in of the cylinder valve, with a swivel table, a pneumatic vice, a pump for hydraulic tests, and a lighting fixture to examine a cylinder inner surface.

The swivel table is used for transporting a cylinder, fixed with a pneumatic vice, to the weigher for weighing and determining the mass of an empty cylinder or of a filled cylinder, also for turning over the cylinder with the neck downward to remove water therefrom.

The specific features of this appliance are the engineering solutions aimed at ensuring safety during the tests, convenience of operations and reduction of operator’s labor input.

Time required for manufacture of the appliance –not over 3 months after effective date of an agreement.
