One of the priority trends in development activities îf Cryogenmash is elaboration of new original cryogenic technologies and creation of the equipment for liquefaction of natural gas, for its storage, transportation and usage. Creation of the equipment for LNG is being carried out at Cryogenmash since 1980s. Cryogenmash, using its capabilities and experience, is proposing to elaborate, manufacture and deliver to Customer a complex of the indispensable cryogenic equipment for implementation of the LNG technologies with fulfillment of mounting and commissioning works, as well as training of personnel. CRYOGENIC EQUIPMENT FOR LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS (LNG)
Note: The liquefied natural gas is a promising and ecologically safe energy carrier of the XXI-th century – a cryogenic liquid with methane content of not less than 86% by volume (TY (technical specifications) 05-03-03-85) and at boiling temperature from minus 162°C. At re-gasification from 1 m3 of LNG, produced is about 600 m3 of gas under normal conditions (760 mm Hg., 0°C). LNG is a perspective energy carrier and provides economical and ecological efficiency in relation to other fuels. For Russia now, actual and perspective is the creation of LNG production and implementation of diverse technologies with uså of LNG. The implementation of efficient cryogenic technologies with use of LNG allows: LNG is used as a fuel for autonomous heating of industrial objects and the human settlements that do not have pipeline gas supply. Potential Customers: municipal services of thermal power stations, small enterprises, rural boilers, municipal boiler-houses, the mini-cogeneration stations, autonomous electricity generating plants, motor transport companies; railway transport; air carriers corporations, etc. The liquefaction plants are not of standard type, since the schematic diagrams and the components of the equipment are specified depending on a set of the parameters specific for particular objects: pressure of gas, its composition, the contents of valuable and harmful impurities, the presence of moisture and solid impurities. Selection of a cycle is effected at the stage of the technical and commercial proposal development. The specific power consumption and the cost of the equipment depend on a selected cycle and basic data. In order to take into account the Customer's requirements, a questionnaire has been issued specifying the components of the equipment for a LNG complex. For detailed information on LNG technologies, please, fill out the questionnaire and send it to our address. Upon obtaining the questionnaire and after studying it we are ready to prepare a technical and commercial proposal for the LNG equipment under consideration. The gasification systems based on ÁÑÕÏ and ambient evaporators made by Cryogenmash, just within several years are being successfully operated, using LNG, in Leningrad region for gasification of boiler-houses in settlement Krasny Bor, in Nikopol city and at Luzshsk tinned milk food factory, etc. CRYOGENIC EQUIPMENT FOR PROCESSING NATURAL, ASSOCIATED AND REFINERY GASESCryogenmash is in a position to develop, manufacture and supply the complete sets of the plant equipment, process lines and units for processing hydrocarbon gases, including nitrogen-, helium-, argon- and hydrogen-containing mixtures. The commercial products of such plants include: liquid and gaseous helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, ethane, propane-butane mixtures, propylene, butanes, fuel gases, also natural gas or LNG, extracted from petroleum associated gases, etc., that conform to State Standards (GOST), Branch Standards, Technical Specifications, Company's Standard, or to technological purposes upon Customer's request. The low-temperature separation technology used by Cryogenmash allows to carry out more deep recovery of commercial products as compared to existing technologies. The advantages of the schemes with use of low-temperature distillation of gases should be attributed to reaching of high recovery coefficients, for example, for propane - up to 95% by volume, even from hydrocarbon mixtures of gases even with its low content (about 1% by volume). The estimated capacities of the plants for the gas being processed are as follows: |
