ACMS

The cryogenic systems, air- and gas-separation plants, manufactured by Cryogenmash, are furnished with advanced up-to-date automated control and monitoring systems based on a set of software-hardware tools of microprocessor and computer equipment.

To date, more than 25 ACMSs, realized on the basis of modern software-hardware tools, have been put into operation in Russia and abroad.

Cryogenmash has a specialized research-and-design subdivision that provides in full the following: development of documentation and ACMS software; testing of ACMS software-hardware complexes on program and technical simulators; commissioning of the set of software-hardware tools at the objects and training of Customer's specialists.

The ACMS devices are supplied completely ready for mounting after their assembly, wiring and testing at a specialized site of Cryogenmash.

The comprehensive software and the network support, the reliable and contemporary technical means and their constant diagnostics in the course of operation enable to implement the most complex control algorithms, to ensure trouble-free operation, to integrate ACMS with information-dispatch and computerized control systems to control the technological production processes
