Adsorption air separation plants intended for production of oxygen and nitrogen using the method of PSA heatless adsorption (PSA)At Cryogenmash there has been developed a series of PSA plants for obtaining air separation gaseous products featuring the following parameters:
The production of oxygen in the proposed oxygen plants of 5 300 m3/hr capacity is efficient in scrap metal recycling at the enterprises of "Vtormet", at repair and machine-building enterprises, at glass-blowing facilities, in medicine, fish-farming, also when creating the mobile posts of gas-plasma welding, brazing and metal cutting at building organizations. The plants being developed for production of oxygen of a higher capacity – up to 2000 m3/hr of gaseous oxygen are needed by enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, chemistry and petrochemistry, stations of sewage bioscrubbing, factories on recycling of industrial and human refuse, ozone stations for purification of potable water. The PSA plants for production of nitrogen will find wide application at the enterprises of oil-and-gas industry, chemical and food-processing industries, in metallurgy, power engineering and in agriculture.
